       INSTAR PUBLISHING INC. was incorporated under the Company Act, in June of 1995, with the present goal being to provide a seamless methodology of publishing within international copyright laws. The company's publisher prefix with the National Library and Archives Canada is: ISBN 978-0-9781536-. Instar Publishing Inc. has been a supporting member of the Association of Book Publishers of BC. 

Manuscript submissions from Canadian authors are considered by way of either self-administered arrangements, or prearranged grants. The process, costs and outcome have advantages over those of traditional self-publishing corporations. Publishing consists of a base cost and it is a one-time charge per published title. The overview of the process is that of a consulting relationship related to using Instar Publishing Inc. as the publisher of record. It includes the following:

      INSTAR PUBLISHING INC. is a corporate liaison for "First Draft Film Scripts" with representation varying according to the "property" or project. For 2008 the service of making screenwriting available, both for film and television, has been added - and will remain paramount. A surprising quantity of writing for film has been suggested by our film industry collaborators.

      Further proposals for (a) adaptations from novels to screenplays, or (b) creative screenwriting - are welcomed as we are available on a low-fee basis or on contract. Industry email enquiries related to screenwriting are answered within any given week.
