Onboard, at my home or office, or internationally, my phone number and answering service is:  604 - 209 - 3926.

Based in Vancouver, B.C., Canada - enjoying our Pacific Coast while simultaneously achieving an
enjoyment of an international lifestyle - with full-time writing - is my ongoing goal.
This web site is my anchor for communication with consistent email contact.

I have enjoyed working out of Paris, France, over the last few years, as it had once been my favorite city and a central focus in my life. Art Quest was begun in Paris in 1966 and completed during a recent three month visit.
Pelletier Chronicles - 500 Years was also completed during a stay in France, in the rural setting of Tourouvre.

During my younger twenties, my works included a book of poetic realism written while living in Paris. Returning to write there was an ideal part of enjoying this phase of life. My training as both a painter and an art historian was from a period during the "sixties" in Paris and consistently resurfaces within many of my writings.
Screenwriting has created an exciting new venue for me, giving a more contemporary challenge. My  writing methodology will now incorporate the process of simultaneously writing for film scripts - as dialogue development for the novels.

Art studios by definition have good lighting and they often provide a very natural panorama. As such I sail my variable studio, while enjoying the exotic views of BC coastal waters.

I happily sail the waters between the Gulf of Alaska and the San Juan Islands -  while writing and painting onboard - along with adventure and ambiance at anchor.
Designed as a North Sea international cruiser, she is 36 feet and seven tons, with a pilothouse second wheel. Her consistent home moorage is near Vancouver, at Point Roberts Marina Resort in Washington, U.S.A.

"Stella Ducet" is the 700 year old motto of  the Pelletier family. Stella means star, planet, or point of light in Latin. Ducet means to be led or in this case, to navigate. In reality her computer uses navigation software, however, as of her 2006 rebuild, she was renamed Stella Ducet. Refitted and refurbished, her unique sailing characteristics allow me the freedom that only following the starlit sea can offer - or in quoting the ending of one of my novels: "as the Phoenix flies towards the sun and the planets, and towards all that may be promised to a man."
