In completing two of the books, I enjoyed working out of Paris, France,
as
it had been my favorite city and a central focus in my life. My works
include poetic realism written while living there during the sixties. My training as
a painter and an art
historian was from Paris where Art Quest
was begun. Pelletier Chronicles - 500 Years was more recently completed
during a sojourn near Tourouvre, France. My writing prior to 2004
isn't
displayed on these pages.

My newest
language pursuit has been Spanish. The world of my newer Spanish
speaking friends was giving me enjoyment
of "todas las Américas", as the
cultures of warmer weather become a preference. Sitting under a palm
tree with my laptop had been the most ideal of transitions, however, I am now
again looking towards diversions that are more European in nature.
My vocation
in the arts is consistently
evolving gaining the realizations of both strengths and weaknesses along
with a maturity of purpose.

,
for no other reason except as an
amusement, my focus will be on learning the Spanish styles of
"La Boheme". This by its nature is only recreational. Having
enjoyed a limited success with my musical , I now accept
my place as a tourist within the ambiance and language of international
music, as I consistently redefine my artistic objectives.
,
as I now complete the book
"Spacescapes" as both a writer and a painter , I will be using oils
as an added medium. Using acrylics has created a limitation for the visual
effects, as related to my goals as a painter. I have, of
course, enjoyed designing the many gifs. and jpegs. that make up the
backgrounds and button links on this site and others.
,
outside
impediments have been overcome and my most academic
work, , "Straw Man" will finally be published. It will
be followed by
the novel "Anne and Jean". My writing was a pleasure even with constant editing and
the related frustration of being
a wordsmith - while searching for messages not yet proclaimed in the
writing of others.
,
future writing projects will be within the contemporary world of
screenwriting . In the last few years, film and its associated
medium of video and animation has created communication venues never
known before. Stories far too expensive for traditional methodologies
may now be personally written for film industry productions, as viable projects
, I've now written, composed
and painted part time for three years and full time for seven years - yielding seven novels, three books of music, six film scripts and
"many" paintings. It's all fun and in this phase of my life, that is surely
important. Having redefined a lifestyle, I rarely bother to be
mindful of the three decades of my former career.

Also enjoying exotic views of BC coastal waters, I have been happily
sailing between
the Gulf of Alaska and the San Juan Islands - with adventure and ambiance at anchor. Designed as a North Sea international cruiser,
my "Stella Ducet" is 36 feet and seven
tons, with a pilothouse second wheel for those rainy West Coast days. Her consistent home moorage is
near Vancouver, BC, at Point Roberts Marina Resort in Washington, USA.
Living and traveling
internationally from Delta,
BC, Canada,
with my publishing office in Vancouver, BC, Canada, I am able to offer consistent email contact:
